We will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of cash or EFTPOS payment. In unusual circumstances where this cannot occur, you will be contacted.
We do not keep backorders. If an item is out of stock and you have paid for your order a refund will be given. If you would like to be notified when an item that is out of stock arrives please advise us by email.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post as regular mail unless registered. If you would like your parcel to be traceable please choose registered post. If you choose not to register your parcel it cannot be traced once it has left our hands. We will not be held liable for parcels that go missing or are damaged by Australia Post if they are not registered.
Furniture orders attract a freight charge of $12 per cube, $25 per single mini, $40 per double mini, $80 per triple cabinet, $80 per desk and $15 per portaink unit. For orders without furniture, a freight charge of $2.50 will apply to orders without paper/albums or $5.50 for orders with paper/albums. All non-furniture orders in excess of $50 will be sent free of charge by regular post or courier. An additional charge of $2.50 will apply if you require registration/insurance. Free delivery will apply when ordering a Graphtec Craft Robo or Provo Craft Cricut.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your goods they can be returned within 7 days as long as all original packaging is still intact. A refund will be arranged once the merchandise has been received back into our office. Please advise us by email if you are returning stock.
